Anarchism is also nothing without equitable distribution of opportunities for power. If someone else has a better idea than you, but you’re in charge, the best idea is not being put forward.

Actual anarchist management of a business is a democratic worker cooperative.

Maybe instead of trying to get others to just take a critical look at themselves and their decisions, take a critical look at the power structure within your business. Is it worker-owned? If so, great. If not, why not transition it to a worker-owned cooperative, wherein decisions are made either directly democratically (one person, one vote) or through a representative democracy wherein the chief executive is voted upon by the workers and the workers have control over the resources and direction of the enterprise.

It’s entirely possible what you’re doing is only meeting your needs, and not the needs of others/the broader community. The only way to find out others’ needs is to ask them, and give them the power to advocate for those needs.
